Lundin Petroleum AB Spuds Second Exploration Well in The Munir Block, Onshore Iran
Lundin Petroleum AB (“Lundin Petroleum”) is pleased to announce that the exploration well Shakestan-1, in the Munir Block in Iran, has spudded. The Shakestan prospect is a large and well defined four way dip closure on trend with existing very large discoveries and within a proven petroleum system. JUNO BEACH, Fla. and DOHA, Qatar -- FPL Group Resources LLC, a subsidiary of FPL Group, Inc. (NYSE: FPL) and Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited (II) (RasGas (II)), a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum and ExxonMobil RasGas Inc. Dolphin Signs US$1.36 Billion Loan Agreement
Abu Dhabi, UAE, 21 July 2004 - Dolphin Energy Limited today announced that it signed a $1.36 billion Loan Agreement with a consortium of sixteen local, regional, and international banks. Sixth Gas Liquefaction Train for Nigeria's Bonny Plant
Total announces that the shareholders in Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) have approved the construction of a sixth train at the Bonny Island gas liquefaction plant. Train 6, which will come on stream in late 2007, will have a capacity of 4.1 million metric tons a year of liquefied natural gas (LNG), raising NLNG's total production capacity to 22 million metric tons a year of LNG and 4.6 million metric tons a year of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and condensate. First Calgary Petroleums Ltd. commences drilling of third exploration well on Block 405b in Algeria
CALGARY, July 28, 2004 – First Calgary Petroleums Ltd. (FCP) today announces that drilling operations have commenced on the LES-1 exploration well on the Company’s Ledjmet Block 405b in Algeria. The LES-1 well is the third exploration well to be drilled by FCP on the Ledjmet Block. The well is located 10 km southwest of the recently cased LEC-1 exploration well drilled by FCP and 18km south-west of the MLE Field, which now has five cased gas and condensate wells. The LES-1 well has a projected total depth of 4500 metres and is expected to take 60 days to drill and log. More...
