DUBAI — SPD, an international Well Project Management and Engineering Services Specialist, has been awarded the contract to plan and manage a multi-million dollar offshore gas development and potential onshore exploration programme for Atlantis Holding Norway AS (a Sinochem company), in Umm Al Qaiwain in the Northern Emirates.
