Total E&P Indonesie has applied a fully integrated data and information management implementation starting from subsurface activities (well and reservoir data) to surface facilities (process and production data by having PDMS - Production Data Management System). An effective data capturing system was implemented by integrating Decision Point application as the data capture tool, reporting and data access to geoscience and production databases. Aside from manual entry using MS-Excel and Decision Point gadgets, there is also a real time automated well production data capture (for automated wells). The integrated Geoscience Data Management (GADAMA) and Production Data Management System (PDMS) Workflow are now fully operating in Total Indonesie. Different entities (geologist, petrophysic, reservoir and production sites) have been taking full benefits of this implementation of data and information management in Total EP Indonesie. QC and validation before loading data into corporate database has been applied by entities using Decision Point or manual by other applications (ie. Geolog6 and MS-Office).
