The program consists of high priority initiatives which establish the basis for an integrated future subsurface work environment. These initiatives are data and information related, recognising the need for a robust architecture and standard data management practices as a foundation for integrated technical and business processes. The initiatives reflect the need for ongoing engagement and joint accountability between business and IT in managing data. This presentation comprises each of the initiatives and how they combine to form a coherent strategy for the management of upstream technical data.
